"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mary Tuttles today and I haven’t even seen the flowers yet! Jennifer was amazing. She was 100% “present” on the call which I loved!! I wasn’t confident my idea for sympathy flowers was appropriate. Jennifer listened and understood what I was envisioning but she also realized my idea wasn’t going to make enough of a statement like I hoped. She was honest and CREATIVE and it was EASY! We got it done and I am now officially declaring myself a Mary Tuttle’s Forever customer. PS…I am a former customer from another LOCAL florist who I called first and after a 10 minute call…I finally said, “Thanks but I am not going to place this order with you because you couldn’t sound LESS interested In my order if you tried. Goodbye. (I’ve never done that before but I am so happy I did…bc I found Jennifer!!"
